Faculty and Staff offices that need WIFI credentials for guests should contact IT Support Services via the helpdesk.

If your office regularly creates credentials for guests, please contact IT Support Services


Wireless network access is available for guests invited to campus.

Guests should use the NORTHPARK wireless network and can login using the username and password provided by their sponsoring employee or department.

Campus Guests needing WIFI access should contact the office sponsoring their visit first, but may also reach out directly to IT Support Services.

Campus Guests should use the NORTHPARK-PSK WIFI network

Welcome to North Park University!

  • If you have been provided a guest username, connect Connect to the NORTHPARK-PSK wireless network.
  • Launch your web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
  • You will be prompted to enter your login credentials and accept the North Park Acceptable Use Policya password.
  • You are now connected to the network.  

If you have not been provided a guest username, please contact your sponsoring North Park employee or department.
