Three Way Calling

 The CISCO IP Phones on campus are capable of making three-way calls. We also have several large conference phones around campus.

 

  1. Place a call
  2. Put this call on hold
  3. Press "New Call"
  4. Place a second call
  5. Hit the up arrow to select the first call that's on hold
  6. Press "Join"

Depending on the specific phone, you may have to press the "More" button to get to the options mentioned above.

"Join" is generally on the second "page" of buttons. 

If you want to join an incoming call rather than dialing a second number, you still follow the same procedure. Since answering the second call, places the first call on hold.
