Getting to Know Your New Printer

IT is continuing to install new printers and devices around campus this week. Thanks for helping us out in this time of transition.

You may have noticed some of your print queue names change. IT is more than happy to help you add these to your machines.

Using the search feature, you should be able to add printers based on name or location. The names and locations should be fairly intuitive.

 

For print managers, toner and service are all covered by COTG.

Please contact IT via the helpdesk for any service or training you may require. Help Desk

Keep in mind that your new printer/copier will have a new COTG tag number.
